Jordan - Introduction

Jordan is a relatively new country, to a certain extent an artificial one, but has a splendid historical heritage and a lot of natural attractions. Its stability and well developed tourist infrastructure give it an extra appeal to travellers who would like to see the Middle East but are reluctant to go to other countries there.
